What we need on site

Please review these before booking — we confirm each one at checkout.

• Standard power source nearby

  Customer provides a standard grounded 120V outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. Generators are available on request.

• Open, level setup area

  A reasonably level, open area clear of obstacles and away from traffic. Grass, turf, concrete, and asphalt all work well.

• Weather and wind safety

  For guest safety, sustained winds above 20 mph or unsafe weather may require pausing or ending operation. If we cannot operate safely, payments may be transferred one time to a new available date within 12 months, or refunded if no date works.

• Surfaces may become damp or slippery

  Foam, bubbles, and snow can make surfaces damp or slippery. Suitable footwear is recommended for every guest.

• Venue approval when required

  Some parks, HOAs, and venues require written approval. Please confirm before your event date.
