How it works
Six steps from "we should do a foam party" to a yard full of foam. No phone tag required — though you're always welcome to call.
1. Check your date
Use the availability checker to see whether your date and time window are open. If it's inside 72 hours or overlaps an existing booking, you'll get a clear 'request review' message instead of a false confirmation.
2. Choose your package
Pick 1, 2, or 3 hours, or go glow for an after-dark event. Add extras like an additional attendant ($50/hour) or a generator if your site needs it.
3. Tell us about the event
Event address, surface type, estimated attendance, and any setup notes. We use this to plan equipment placement and staffing before we ever load the trailer.
4. Confirm the requirements
Before checkout you'll acknowledge the power, water, wind, and pool requirements, plus our cancellation and safety rules. Everything is spelled out — nothing buried.
5. Reserve and get confirmation
Submit your reservation and you'll get a booking reference and status page. Our team reviews it, confirms the slot, and follows up about the deposit.
6. We handle event day
We arrive about 30 minutes early, set up, run the foam with breaks built in, then tear down and rinse the area. You stay a guest at your own party.
Site requirements in detail
Please review these before booking — we confirm each one at checkout.
Power within 100 feet
Customer provides a standard grounded outlet within 100 feet of the foam setup area. Generators are available on request.
Accessible water spigot
An accessible outdoor water spigot is required. We bring a 50-foot hose, so the spigot must be within that distance of the setup area.
Wind above 20 mph may require shutdown
For guest safety and foam control, sustained winds above 20 mph may require pausing or ending foam operation. If unsafe weather prevents us from operating safely, all payments may be transferred one time to a new available date within 12 months, or refunded in full if no mutually available date can be found.
Never direct foam into pools
Foam is never aimed into pools, ponds, or open water. Setup must be positioned away from any water feature.
Open setup area
A reasonably level open area with drainage. Grass, turf, concrete, and asphalt all work well.
One standard 120V outlet within 50 feet
Customer provides one standard grounded 120V outlet within 50 feet of the bubble setup area. Generators are available on request.
Flat, open operating area
A flat, open area clear of obstacles is required so bubbles can disperse safely.
Weather and wind limitations
Bubble output is affected by wind and rain. Our operator may pause or end operation for guest safety.
Venue approval when required
Some parks, HOAs, and venues require written approval. Please confirm before your event date.
Standard 120V power
Customer provides standard grounded 120V power near the snow setup area. Generators are available on request.
Safe, open operating area
A safe, open operating area clear of obstacles and away from traffic is required.
Venue approval when required
Some parks, HOAs, and venues require written approval for snow equipment. Please confirm before your event date.
Surfaces can become damp or slippery
Snow makes surfaces damp and slippery. Suitable footwear is recommended for every guest.
Subject to wind, weather, and operator safety calls
Snow operation depends on wind and weather, and our operator may pause or end operation for guest safety.
Weather and safety
Florida weather does what it wants. Light rain is usually fine — everyone is already soaked. Lightning ends foam operation immediately. Sustained winds above 20 mph can carry foam where it doesn't belong, so we may pause or end operation for guest safety.
If unsafe weather—including sustained winds above 20 mph—prevents FoamHype from safely operating the foam equipment, all payments may be transferred one time to a new available event date within twelve (12) months. If FoamHype cancels for unsafe weather and no mutually available replacement date can be found within that twelve-month period, all payments will be refunded.
If FoamHype cancels an event for a reason other than unsafe weather, the customer may choose either a full refund of all payments made or a one-time transfer of all payments to another mutually available event date.
Your 25% reservation deposit is nonrefundable, but before setup begins it and all other payments may be transferred one time to another available event date. Customers may transfer all payments one time to another available event date, even with fewer than seven days' notice, as long as the request is made before FoamHype begins setup. Once setup has begun on the event day, all payments become nonrefundable and nontransferable.
